Yes. Every mirror in our hotel range carries both UL and ETL listings covering damp location bathroom installation. What is the minimum order quantity?

How do I order a made to order mirror?
Contact us with your required shape, width, height, quantity, and delivery address. We will confirm the price and lead time within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required to begin production on made to order mirrors, with the balance due before shipment.
What does the built-in defogger do and how does it work?
The defogger is a low-wattage heating element integrated behind the mirror glass. It activates automatically when the mirror is powered on and maintains a surface temperature differential that prevents condensation forming on the glass after a hot shower. The mirror stays clear within 30 seconds. It requires no maintenance, no separate switch, and no guest interaction.
What is CCT adjustable and why does it matter for hotel guests?
CCT (Correlated Colour Temperature) is how warm or cool the light appears. Our mirrors are adjustable from 3000K warm white to 6500K cool daylight white using the touch control panel on the mirror frame. Guests can choose the light that works for their task — warm for ambience, cool for makeup and grooming. This eliminates the most common hotel bathroom lighting complaint.
What does shatterproof glass mean and is it the same as regular mirror glass?
Shatterproof glass is safety-rated mirror glass that holds together on impact rather than shattering into sharp shards. It is not standard plate glass. In hotel environments it reduces injury risk, simplifies housekeeping response to damaged mirrors, and reduces the frequency of full mirror replacement following accidental impacts.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
The 3-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship including the LED strips, defogger element, touch control panel, and mirror glass. It does not cover accidental damage. Warranty claims are administered directly by United Hotel Supply — there is no third-party claims process. Contact us directly with your order number and a description of the issue.
