United Hotel Supply offers coordinated delivery of all hotel FF&E, lighting, and furnishings from five regional warehouses located throughout the U.S. (VA, GA, NJ, NY, CA). Due to the breadth of our catalogue and multi-category product mix, shipments are subject to multiple deliveries based on product type and sending warehouse.

Partial Deliveries: With our national warehousing system, parts of an order can ship in separate deliveries for the best speed and efficiency. You get tracking information on each delivery. 

Lead Times: Most of our products ship out in 3-5 business days from local distribution centers, accelerating on-site installations and reducing project downtime.

High-Value Care: All FF&E products are safely packaged and shipped on insured carriers that specialize in high-value commercial delivery. Loss or damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Project Coordination: Your personal project manager coordinates the shipping process, offers delivery schedules, and takes care of any logistics issues on your behalf.

Freight Savings: Factory-direct saves up to 20% compared to customary freight rates and avoids unnecessary markups.

Signature Requirements & Scheduling

Signature by authorized hotel personnel is required for all deliveries. Major installations (furniture, case goods, mirrors, appliances) have ship schedules coordinated with your on-site team to ensure seamless receipt with minimal interruption.

Backorders & Special Requests

Should any item be temporarily out of stock, your project manager will deliver an accurate estimated ship date and coordinate with your renovation timeline. Expedited and special request deliveries are available with advance notice.
